The Automatic Self-aligning Ability of a DF (45°-45°) combination from the circular groove allows for slight deviation of the mounting surface when installed due to elastic deformation of the steel ball and the transfer of the contact point, resulting in a smooth motion with high precision and stability.

The Interchangeable nature of the linear slides is enabled by the strict control of production precision, where the size can be maintained within a certain level and the slider has a retainer design to prevent the steel ball from falling off. This means that some series of precision are interchangeable, and customers can order what they need. Rails and Sliders can also be stored separately to reduce storage space.

The High Rigidity in All Directions is achieved through a four-row circular groove that is matched with 45° contact angles and four rows of steel balls to form the ideal two-point contact structure. This can withstand loads from the up and down and left and right directions, and preload can be added to improve the rigidity when necessary.
