Features:

--hydraulic rotary oil cylinder  has a spindle connecting disc connected to the spindle, one end face of the chuck body is secured to the spindle connecting disc, with a ring groove set in the other end face and oil cylinder seat evenly placed around the outer circumference.

--The bottom of the angle oil cylinder is installed in the oil cylinder seat while its top goes through a nut to be equipped with an oil cylinder pressure plate.

--One end face of the tooth mold seat is affixed to the ring groove with end face sealing, and the other end face houses a tooth mold; the tooth mold has a circular tooth groove for the half shaft gear to be fixed.

--The half shaft gear is installed on the tooth mold and clamped firmly by the oil cylinder pressure plate.

--This structure offers a solution to the difficulty in tightening the half shaft gear and easy displacement during processing that was seen in existing technology.
